A three /four bedroom town house on a pominent site overlooking Kirkwall. Fringed by trees and adjacent to existing traditional townhouses, this new-build sits sensitively within a historic context. Referencing traditional details, the stone skews, window render bands, natural slate and stone cladding are combined with a high performance ICF constrcution.
